Where are your team members based?
Our talent is based in South Africa, supporting clients across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Caribbean. ICS itself operates from hubs in Cape Town, London and Queensland.
How is ICS different from a traditional BPO?
We’re insurance specialists, not generalists. Every candidate is pre-qualified for the role and the culture, and we invest in long-term placements rather than seat-filling. You get a partner that cares about quality and retention.
What roles can you place?
Claims handlers, underwriting assistants, broker support, policy administration, accounts, compliance support and more — across personal, commercial and specialty lines.
How long does it take to start?
Typically 4–6 weeks from intro call to a candidate at their desk, depending on role complexity and your interview cycle.
How do time zones work?
Our South African team comfortably aligns to UK and European business hours, and works staggered shifts to support Australian and New Zealand clients in real time.
What about data security and compliance?
Team members work on secured environments with role-based access. We support GDPR, POPIA and Australian Privacy Principles, and tailor controls to your internal policy.
How is billing handled?
We bill locally in GBP or AUD, with transparent monthly invoicing — no hidden fees and no FX surprises.
What if a placement doesn't work out?
Every placement comes with a probation guarantee. If a fit isn’t right within the agreed window, we replace at no additional cost.
